What are the Signs and Symptoms of Insomnia

Unable to sleep? Finding it difficult to sleep at night? If this is a situation for few nights then there is nothing to worry but in case the thing continues over a period and you are unable to get proper sleep then this is a dangerous sign and indicates that you may be suffering from insomnia. The tough life style of the present time has now changed the lifestyle of people. Eating and sleeping habits all are changed and this is a reason there is a requirement of timely consultation otherwise the things could turn out more complicated.

Relying on Sleeping Pills or Alcohol for Sleep: If you are unable to sleep and the only way that you find best for sleeping is relying on the sleeping pills or on alcohol then it is also a sign that suggests that you are suffering from insomnia.

Daytime Drowsiness: Daytime drowsiness is but obvious when a person is unable to sleep properly at night. This is also a very important sign of insomnia and need to be treated as early as possible.

These are the signs and symptoms of insomnia and need to be treated on time. Consult a good psychiatrist and along with this do regular exercise and try to be in your normal routine.
